Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition across the UAE, focusing on business information, risk management, compliance and data services. The role involves building a robust pipeline, nurturing relationships and delivering consultative solutions to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.
• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through regular engagement and consultative selling.
• Create strategic account plans and implement market penetration strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports and market intelligence updates.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitive developments and emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline.
• 2‑5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Business Information Services, Risk Management, Compliance, Data Research or ESG solutions.
• Proven track record in new business development and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong client‑facing, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
