Business Development Manager

About the role

As a Business Development Manager at Dubizzle, you will identify new business opportunities, acquire and retain real‑estate clients, and drive revenue growth across the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients through networking, competitor analysis and government registration sites.
• On‑board new and re‑activate expired or cancelled real‑estate accounts for Bayut & dubizzle corporate subscriptions.
• Document advertising commitments and ensure contracts are signed and submitted to Sales Support.
• Train clients on platform tools and conduct the mandatory on‑boarding program.
• Monitor client health and quality metrics, addressing issues to meet management expectations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of property laws and local real‑estate developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and a valid UAE driving licence.
• 1.5–2 years of experience in sales or a customer‑facing role.
• Proven ability to communicate and negotiate with clients in professional English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, goal‑oriented and willing to learn new products.
