Business Development Manager – Laundry Operations

About the role

We are a leading laundry and dry‑cleaning service in Abu Dhabi looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across residential, hospitality, healthcare, corporate and retail sectors. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building client relationships and expanding our commercial accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across target sectors.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop relationships with hotels, healthcare providers, corporate clients and facilities‑related accounts.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and service agreements.
• Conduct market research to spot trends, customer needs and competitive opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows and industry meetings.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance updates for management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Direct experience in laundry, dry‑cleaning, facilities management or a related service industry (highly preferred).
• Experience selling into hospitality, healthcare, corporate or facility‑based accounts.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively pursue opportunities.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Valid driver’s licence.
