Business Development Manager – Luxury Transportation

About the role

Starlet Luxury Limousine is seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth of its premium chauffeur, airport transfer, and corporate transport services in Dubai. The role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a strong network in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, hospitality, travel, aviation, and events sectors.
• Develop and nurture relationships with corporate clients, hotels, travel agencies, airlines, event companies, and luxury concierge providers.
• Promote Starlet’s chauffeur services, airport transfers, and corporate transport solutions.
• Arrange meetings, prepare proposals, and deliver professional presentations.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and convert opportunities into long‑term accounts.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Maintain existing client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Monitor market activity, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
• Provide regular sales reports and revenue forecasts.

Required profile

• Previous business development or B2B sales experience in the UAE.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close business.
• Experience in luxury transportation, hospitality, travel, aviation, events, or related industries is advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Professional appearance and client‑focused approach.
• Good knowledge of the Dubai business market.
• Self‑motivated, organised, and confident working towards performance targets.
• An established network of relevant UAE contacts is advantageous.
