Business Development Manager – Middle East & Africa

About the role

The Business Development Manager for the Middle East & Africa will join AAC Technologies in Dubai and drive the company’s growth strategy across the region. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, expanding the company’s presence, and building strong relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Middle East and Africa, focusing on strategic markets, sectors and applications.
• Create and execute structured market development plans to support expansion into new countries, customer segments and industry verticals.
• Manage and coordinate the activities of regional Business Development Executives (e.g., KSA and Africa), set priorities, monitor KPIs and ensure effective market coverage.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and client profiling to qualify and prioritize projects, customers and partners.
• Coordinate regional business development activities in alignment with the company’s commercial objectives.
• Support the sales pipeline through proper qualification, tracking and progression of opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of business development experience in the Middle East and/or Africa.
• Proven track record of expanding market presence and winning new accounts.
• Experience managing a sales or business development team.
• Strong understanding of access and parking solutions markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to be based in Dubai or relocate to the region.
