Business Development Manager – Middle East & South Africa

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our growth in the Middle East and South Africa, based in Dubai. The role will drive the company's strategy for the derivatives business across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in and execute the company’s business strategy for Cyprus/Dubai, formulating targets and implementation strategies for the derivatives business.
• Build and manage the regional business team to achieve overall regional objectives.
• Lead regional channel development and KOL strategy execution, integrating B2B partnerships and consumer acquisition.
• Roll out regional marketing campaigns as required.
• Support iteration and improvement of relevant products.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of regional business team management experience and over 3 years in the digital currency industry (CFD experience preferred).
• Proven track record of business cooperation in the financial sector with extensive KOL networks in the Middle East or South Africa.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; additional language proficiency in a Middle Eastern or South African language or Chinese is a plus.
