Business Development Manager – Partnerships

About the role

Anghami, the leading music streaming platform in the MENA region, is looking for a Business Development Manager – Partnerships to drive strategic B2B collaborations across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This sales‑focused position (60‑70% deal closing) will own the full partnership lifecycle, from opportunity identification to contract execution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue partnership opportunities in retail, banking, fintech and e‑commerce verticals.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline, forecast revenue, and execute go‑to‑market plans across the assigned territory.
• Structure commercial models and negotiate deals ranging from $20K to $40K.
• Close agreements that drive subscriber growth and revenue through bundling, co‑marketing and distribution.
• Track hard revenue and subscriber metrics, ensuring targets are met.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with deep GCC market knowledge.
• Proven track record of closing complex B2B deals in the MENA region.
• Familiarity with digital media/entertainment trends and key industry players.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams for partnership execution.
• Fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English.
• Prior success scaling commercial partnerships in tech or SaaS sectors.
