Business Development Manager – Personal Finance (Outsourced)

About the role

The Business Development Manager – Personal Finance will lead a team of IFE (Individual Front End) staff in Dubai and the North‑East region, driving the bank’s visibility and growth in the financial market. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets while ensuring strict adherence to ADIB policies, Shari’a compliance, and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set and achieve team targets, monitoring daily and weekly performance.
• Ensure all business proposals and bookings comply with ADIB policy and Shari’a requirements.
• Coach and guide the team on day‑to‑day activities to reach monthly goals.
• Review credit applications and verify critical documents (MRF, ID, bank statements).
• Maintain up‑to‑date lead status and manage attendance, escalating absenteeism when needed.
• Prepare and forward disbursement files to RFO within one working day, ensuring document accuracy.
• Handle customer complaints directly, preventing IFE staff from managing them.
• Keep the team informed on products, policies, promotions, and new business channels.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in banking or financial services.
• Proven ability to manage a team and meet sales targets.
• Strong understanding of Shari’a‑compliant banking procedures.
• Excellent organizational and coaching skills.
