Business Development Manager – Project Sales

About the role

Silver Shore is seeking dynamic Business Development Managers to drive project‑based sales across the UAE. In this individual‑contributor role you will hunt for new architectural hardware projects, build relationships with key stakeholders and secure contracts that contribute to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective projects from design stage through tender and award.
• Develop and expand a network of consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors and developers.
• Map decision‑makers on each project and tailor sales presentations accordingly.
• Negotiate commercial terms, close contracts and ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain ongoing client engagement to capture additional scope and follow‑on work.
• Explore partnership opportunities to broaden the company’s market reach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to cross‑feed leads between projects.

Required profile

• Proven track record in project‑focused sales within construction, architectural finishes or a comparable industry.
• Existing network of consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors and developers, or ability to build one quickly.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with a high‑energy, self‑starting attitude.
