Site Engineer – Renovation & Fit‑out

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Site Engineer to lead and coordinate residential renovation and fit‑out projects across Dubai. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, ensuring quality and safety, and liaising with clients and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations, labour force and subcontractors.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, quality standards and schedule.
• Coordinate material procurement, deliveries and site logistics.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Engineer and Project Manager.
• Conduct quality inspections, manage snagging and oversee handover.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure site safety, organization and proper documentation.
• Maintain site safety records and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare daily reports and documentation for project tracking.

Required profile

• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE construction/renovation experience, preferably interior fit‑out.
• Strong site management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred).
• Experience with villa and apartment renovations is a strong advantage.
