Business Development Manager – UAE & Oman (Cybersecurity)

About the role

We are partnering with a global cybersecurity leader to hire a Business Development Manager responsible for expanding the company’s footprint in the UAE and Oman. The role focuses on building enterprise relationships, generating new revenue streams, and representing a comprehensive cybersecurity portfolio to both public and private sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new enterprise customers across UAE and Oman.
• Understand and articulate the full cybersecurity product suite to create differentiated solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging threats and competitor offerings.
• Forecast sales, maintain CRM records and report monthly progress.
• Monitor customer invoicing and ensure timely payments.
• Support marketing initiatives and represent the company at industry events.
• Develop and execute sales plans using approved methodologies.
• Lead tender processes and manage procurement opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, executives and cross‑functional partners.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience selling cybersecurity services or solutions.
• Extensive network of B2C and B2G contacts in the UAE and Oman.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and account management.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and drive results.

Required skills

• Arabic language proficiency.
