Business Development Officer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team at Alliott Hadi Shahid Chartered Accountants. The role focuses on expanding our client base and promoting our Audit & Assurance and professional services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Promote the firm’s Audit & Assurance, accounting, tax and other professional services.
• Achieve business development and revenue targets.
• Attend networking events and client meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within an Audit & Assurance or Professional Services firm.
• Strong knowledge of audit, accounting, tax and related professional services.
• Proven ability to generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, networking and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to prepare proposals and present professional services to potential clients.
• Experience in the UAE market is an advantage.
