Business Development Officer

About the role

Alliott Hadi Shahid Chartered Accountants is seeking a dynamic Business Development Officer to expand its client base within the UAE professional services market. The role focuses on generating new leads, promoting audit and assurance services, and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Promote the firm’s Audit & Assurance and other professional services.
• Achieve business development and revenue targets.
• Attend networking events and client meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within an Audit & Assurance or professional services firm.
• Strong knowledge of audit, accounting, tax and related professional services.
• Proven ability to generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, networking and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to prepare proposals and present services to potential clients.
• Experience in the UAE market is an advantage.
