Business Development Partner – Commission Only

About the role

Elevate Marketing is seeking a self‑motivated Business Development Partner to grow its subscription‑based marketing client base across Dubai and the UAE. The role is fully remote, commission‑only and focuses on identifying, engaging and converting high‑value prospects into long‑term subscription customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients interested in marketing subscription services.
• Generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking and lead generation.
• Conduct sales meetings and presentations to showcase Elevate’s solutions.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable subscription plans.
• Negotiate terms and close deals, securing first‑month and recurring commissions.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Represent the Elevate brand professionally in all interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or client acquisition.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Professional and confident approach to networking and sales.
• Preferable experience selling marketing, digital, web, branding or subscription‑based services.
• Existing business network within Dubai/UAE is a plus.
