About the role

We are seeking motivated Business Development & Sales Interns to support our AI‑driven workforce solutions for the UAE market. This remote, unpaid internship offers hands‑on exposure to B2B outreach, lead generation, and partnership development.

Key responsibilities

• Support outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, professional communities, and other networking channels.
• Research and identify potential clients, business opportunities, and partnership channels.
• Apply lead generation techniques across digital and professional platforms.
• Connect with distributors, referral partners, startup communities, incubators, accelerators, and business networks.
• Introduce company offerings and communicate value propositions to prospective contacts.
• Participate in follow‑up discussions and support relationship‑building activities.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, meetings, responses, and progress updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach processes and engagement quality.
• Contribute to achieving internship goals and development milestones.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
