Business Development – Short-Term Rentals (Property Specialist)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development professional to expand our short‑term rental portfolio in Dubai. You will be responsible for acquiring new properties, fostering strong relationships with owners and agents, and driving revenue growth through a commission‑based model.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new short‑term rental units under management.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, real‑estate agents, and brokers.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with prospective clients.
• Develop a referral network of agents who regularly bring new properties.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Required profile

• Established connections with Dubai real‑estate agents, brokers, and property owners.
• Confident in approaching and negotiating with new clients.
• Good understanding of the Dubai real‑estate market; short‑term rental experience is a plus.
• Proactive, independent, and results‑oriented.
• Ability to nurture long‑term relationships that generate consistent referrals.
