Business Development Specialist – Commission Based

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Business Development Specialist to join our Dubai team. As a Closer, you will turn inbound and outbound leads into successful deals, helping to expand our presence in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Close inbound and outbound leads with effective strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approaches.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to understand and explain marketing strategies to clients.
• Experience closing high‑ticket deals.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Confidence, hunger for success and high personal standards.
• Passion for content, marketing or media is a bonus.
