About the role

KARG, a leading tax consulting and auditing firm in the UAE, is looking for a Business Development Specialist to join its Dubai office. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on expanding the firm’s client base across tax, audit, AML, and company formation services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in target markets.
• Generate leads, build pipelines, and convert prospects into long‑term engagements.
• Conduct market research, segment analysis, and develop outreach plans aligned with strategic priorities.
• Manage the sales pipeline, schedule meetings, and deliver presentations to decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with technical teams to craft tailored proposals and service offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities and contribute to marketing initiatives.
• Provide market trend feedback to support service innovation and brand positioning.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to assess market opportunities and regulatory information.
• Excellent communication skills for clear presentation of services and relationship building.
• Proven lead‑generation capability and pipeline management experience.
• Solid market‑research skills to analyze industry trends and competitor activity.
• Customer‑service orientation ensuring responsive follow‑up and high‑quality client interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; advanced sales certifications are a plus.
• Experience in professional services such as tax, audit, or financial consulting is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
