About the role

Noema Artificial Intelligence is looking for a Business Growth Architect to shape the adoption of AI solutions for enterprise clients. This role blends consulting, engineering, and sales to design AI‑driven growth pathways that align with client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Use Noema’s AI assessment tools with prospects and translate results into clear business language.
• Create customized AI roadmaps that link technical capabilities to revenue, cost, time and risk outcomes.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through proposal development to contract signing.
• Provide feedback from client engagements to product, development and marketing teams.
• Develop into a trusted advisor that clients approach before any other vendor.

Required profile

• Strong curiosity about technology and ability to discuss AI and software concepts confidently.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
• Commercial instinct, coachability, and a hunger to learn.
• Ability to explain complex ideas to non‑technical stakeholders.
