About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Setup Consultant to join our growing team in the UAE. The role focuses on consulting clients on company formation, generating sales, and closing deals while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Consult clients on company formation and business setup solutions in the UAE.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business setup options.
• Manage leads, follow‑ups, and sales conversions professionally.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English (mandatory); additional languages preferred.
• Experience handling international and local clients.
• Sales‑driven, confident, and professional approach.
• Knowledge of UAE free zones, mainland company formation, and compliance procedures preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems and lead management is an advantage.
