Business Transformation Manager

About the role

The Business Transformation Manager will drive performance improvement and lead transformation initiatives across ADNOC Distribution. Acting as an internal consulting partner, the role supports senior leadership in closing the gap between strategy and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and assess performance across financial, operational and strategic KPIs.
• Identify, quantify and prioritize performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Diagnose root causes of under‑performance using structured problem‑solving approaches.
• Design and support implementation of targeted interventions to address key business challenges.
• Lead high‑impact transformation projects (typically 4–12 weeks) across different business areas.
• Structure complex problems, define workplans and drive execution with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop clear, data‑driven recommendations and engage senior stakeholders to align on priorities and execution plans.
• Ensure delivery of impact and track results of implemented initiatives.
• Contribute to shaping the overall transformation agenda and priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or Administration; Master’s in Engineering Management or an MBA is highly preferable.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant business and project/program management experience, ideally in retail, fuel retail or B2B industries.
• At least 7 years of experience in top‑tier strategy consulting (MBB or Tier 1 strongly preferred).
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams or projects end‑to‑end and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• High ownership, results‑oriented mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
