About the role

The Butler will act as a Guest Experience Expert, delivering personalized, memorable service to guests throughout their stay at Le Méridien Dubai. Working on Al Mamsha Street, you will ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s European‑inspired hospitality and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests, providing a seamless check‑in and check‑out experience.
Anticipate and fulfill guest requests, from luggage handling to arranging local experiences.
Maintain accurate reports and operational logs in accordance with hotel standards.
Uphold safety, confidentiality, and quality standards at all times.
Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle light physical tasks.
Professional appearance, communication, and adherence to company policies.
