Call Center Representative – Customer Service

About the role

Join 800CarGuru, the UAE’s leading on‑location and mobile vehicle service provider, as a full‑time Call Center Representative based in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking roadside assistance and service centre support, ensuring a smooth and reliable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, record service requests and log case details in internal systems.
• Provide accurate information about 800CarGuru’s services and guide customers through basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with roadside teams and the Dubai service centre to schedule timely assistance.
• Manage call queues, follow up on open cases and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain clear, professional communication and adhere to company procedures.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer‑centred approach.
• Experience in a call centre or similar customer support environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or customer‑service training is a plus.
• Fluent spoken and written English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting, handle multiple calls and keep accuracy under pressure.
• Prior exposure to automotive services or roadside assistance is beneficial.

Required skills

• Proficiency with call centre software.
• Experience using CRM tools.
• Good computer literacy, including email and basic Microsoft Office applications.
