Call Center Representative

About the role

BHM Capital is seeking a full‑time Call Center Representative to join its Abu Dhabi team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling both inbound and outbound calls, answering inquiries, and delivering accurate information about the firm’s financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to clients.
• Provide clear, compliant information on BHM Capital’s products and procedures.
• Document each interaction in the system and update customer records.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve call centre processes and service quality.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer‑facing roles such as Customer Service Representative.
• Strong orientation toward customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree is beneficial; experience in financial services or call centre operations is preferred.
