Call Centre Executive

About the role

GTA Cars, a leading premium car dealership in the UAE, is expanding its sales support team. We are seeking a proactive Call Centre Executive to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule showroom visits for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate new leads.
• Qualify inquiries and arrange showroom visits or follow‑up callbacks.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track follow‑up activities.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Achieve daily and weekly outreach and conversion targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a call centre, telesales, or similar role.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Energetic, confident, and target‑focused attitude.
• Experience in the automotive or real‑estate sectors is advantageous.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with CRM tools and maintain detailed records.
