About the role
We are seeking an experienced Camp Boss to lead the camp operations for our building construction projects in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves ensuring the welfare, accommodation, and overall safety of all camp personnel while supporting the smooth execution of construction activities.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily camp operations, including housing, utilities, and facilities management.
- Manage staff welfare, health, and safety protocols within the camp.
- Coordinate with construction site managers to align camp services with project schedules.
- Maintain inventory of camp supplies and ensure timely procurement.
- Handle administrative tasks such as record‑keeping, reporting, and compliance with local regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Camp Boss in the UAE.
- Strong background in building construction projects.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and people‑management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
