About the role
Al Ahliya Sky is seeking a Camp Boss in Dubai to lead and manage up to 1,000 labourers and oversee daily camp operations, ensuring worker welfare, coordination, discipline and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a workforce of up to 1,000 labourers.
- Oversee daily camp operations, including accommodation, utilities and logistics.
- Ensure worker welfare, health and safety standards are met.
- Maintain discipline, coordination and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Required profile
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Proven experience managing large labour camps.
- Ability to supervise up to 1,000 labourers and daily camp activities.
- Strong coordination, discipline and compliance capabilities.
- Immediate availability preferred.
