Camp Manager

About the role

The Camp Manager will lead daily operations of the domestic workers’ camp in Dubai, ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive living environment. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to senior operations and works closely with recruitment teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accommodation management, welfare, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and catering services.
• Allocate rooms, monitor cleanliness and security standards.
• Handle worker arrivals, departures, and maintain accurate records.
• Address concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with operations and recruitment to support workforce deployment.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory abilities to manage camp staff and daily activities.
• Experience in camp or accommodation management, facilities coordination, and resident welfare.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Operations‑management expertise for scheduling, resource optimisation, and record‑keeping.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai with flexibility for emergencies.
• Knowledge of UAE labour and health‑safety regulations is a plus.
• Relevant diploma or degree in management, hospitality, or related field is advantageous.

Required skills

• MS Office (or similar) for record‑keeping and reporting.
