Campaign Manager - Database Marketing

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Campaign Manager for its Database Marketing team. The role will oversee end‑to‑end campaign execution, translating data insights and predictive models into targeted marketing actions that drive player engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns, from audience selection and data extraction to deployment handoff.
• Build, validate, and deliver campaign audiences ensuring accurate targeting logic, volumes, suppressions, and exclusions.
• Maintain campaign calendars, monitor execution, and resolve issues such as targeting errors or missing data.
• Operationalize data‑science models and support post‑campaign analysis with clean, structured datasets.
• Collaborate with Gaming Loyalty Marketing, Player Development, Revenue Management, and F&B teams to align requirements and timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, CRM Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business analytics, database marketing, or campaign operations (gaming experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of gaming performance metrics (ADT, Theo, Coin‑In, Win, reinvestment).
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SQL.
• Knowledge of Python (plus).
