About the role
We are seeking a Capital Markets Associate with 2–4 years of post‑qualification experience to join our Dubai office. The role will primarily focus on Debt Capital Markets while also providing support on Equity Capital Markets assignments.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and execution of debt issuances and capital‑markets programmes.
- Work on conventional and Islamic capital‑markets transactions.
- Handle regulatory capital, structured debt, and liability‑management matters.
- Support IPOs and other equity offerings as required.
- Participate in cross‑border transactions across the Middle East and international markets.
Required profile
- 2–4 years PQE in a leading law firm with a strong capital‑markets practice.
- Experience in both DCM and ECM work, preferably with exposure to Islamic finance.
- Ability to work on issuer‑side and bank‑side mandates for institutional and corporate clients.
- Willingness to work onsite in Dubai and, if applicable, relocate from the UK or other jurisdictions.
