About the role
The Career Counsellor will engage prospective students and their families, providing expert guidance on our training programmes. Based in Dubai, you will play a key part in attracting and supporting candidates through the enrolment journey.
Key responsibilities
- Contact leads and prospects to invite them to free expert guidance seminars, counselling sessions, and demos.
- Provide counselling to students and parents, addressing their educational and career questions.
- Conduct post‑counselling follow‑up calls to maintain engagement.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Report insights and recommendations to management for further action.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self‑motivated and hardworking.
- Eager to learn and adapt.
- Preference given to candidates on Husband/Parent visa, though not mandatory.
