Carpenter – Construction Projects in Abu Dhabi & Dubai

About the role

Rowad Altanmia is seeking experienced carpenters to join its active construction projects across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The role involves delivering high‑quality carpentry work on site while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all carpentry tasks on residential and commercial construction sites, including framing, installing doors, windows, and fittings.
• Follow detailed project drawings and instructions to ensure work aligns with design specifications.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and site‑specific safety plans, reporting hazards promptly.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and keep the work area organized.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to meet project schedules and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year proven experience in carpentry within construction environments.
• Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Good teamwork attitude and disciplined work ethic.
