About the role
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter Foreman to lead on‑site carpentry activities in Dubai. The role combines hands‑on carpentry work with supervision of a crew, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day‑to‑day site operations.
- Lead and guide carpentry and general site workers.
- Perform carpentry tasks such as installation, finishing and repairs.
- Read and interpret drawings and technical plans.
- Ensure work meets quality standards and project timelines.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and project teams.
- Maintain safety standards and site discipline.
- Monitor material usage and report requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a foreman, carpenter or all‑rounder (minimum 2 years).
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, joinery and site execution.
- Ability to read drawings and work independently on site.
- Good leadership and communication abilities.
- Physically fit and able to work on‑site.
