Catering Manager

About the role

Al Jazeera International Catering (JIC) is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead its Mussafah operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing daily industrial and camp catering services, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day catering operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead and supervise catering teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Plan menus while maintaining quality, cost control, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering Management or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in industrial or camp catering within the Middle East.
• Strong experience in team leadership, workforce management and client relations.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
