About the role
We are a reputable hospitality company seeking a diligent CCTV Operator to join our security team in Dubai. The role involves continuous monitoring of video surveillance systems to ensure the safety of guests and property.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV feeds across the hotel premises 24/7.
- Detect and report any suspicious activities or incidents promptly.
- Maintain accurate incident logs and handover reports.
- Coordinate with on‑site security personnel and management as needed.
- Perform basic checks and troubleshooting of CCTV equipment.
Required profile
- Previous experience in CCTV or security camera monitoring (preferred).
- Strong observation and communication abilities.
- Ability to join immediately and work in a hotel environment.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Relevant security certification is an advantage.
