Certification Business Developer

About the role

Certi-Trust™ is seeking a proactive Certification Business Developer to expand its audit and certification services across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will work on‑site to identify new business opportunities related to digital regulations, information security and cybersecurity standards.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, qualify and nurture leads for certification services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients.
• Maintain and update a sales pipeline of prospects.
• Prepare tailored proposals, presentations and quotations.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, partners and internal technical teams.
• Support contract negotiations and close deals.
• Track sales performance, produce regular reports and analyse results.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that increase Certi-Trust’s market presence.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and market‑research abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven lead‑generation and business‑development experience, preferably in certification, compliance or technology services.
• Good understanding of digital regulations, information security and cybersecurity standards, or willingness to develop expertise.
• Organised, able to manage time effectively and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, information systems or related field is preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; French is a plus.
