Certified Drone Operator

About the role

Our client is looking for a Drone Cleaning Technician to operate commercial drones for cleaning facades, glass surfaces, solar panels, roofs and other exterior structures across project sites in the UAE, while adhering to strict safety and operational procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Operate drone‑based cleaning systems safely and efficiently, including pre‑flight and post‑flight inspections.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, coordinate with clients and site representatives, establish safety zones and obtain necessary permits.
• Maintain drones, batteries, controllers, pumps, hoses and accessories; perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues.
• Document daily work, flight logs, before‑and‑after photographs and service completion reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation, Mechanical, Electrical or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of commercial drone operating experience, preferably in façade or high‑rise cleaning.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE, work weekends, night shifts or emergency call‑outs as required.
