Certified Personal Trainer – Dubai

About the role

Enhance is seeking motivated Certified Personal Trainers to deliver one‑on‑one fitness sessions across Dubai and the wider UAE. You will work with clients in their homes, gyms or outdoor locations, using our proprietary Enhance Fitness app to manage bookings and track progress.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct personalized training sessions that align with each client’s goals and fitness level.
• Use the Enhance app to schedule, reschedule, and document sessions, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Prepare session plans in advance and communicate any schedule changes to the Head of Trainers.
• Provide clients with workout guidance, habit‑building tips, and post‑session feedback.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, safety, and ethical conduct during all interactions.

Required profile

• Accredited Personal Training Certification or a Bachelor’s degree in Sports & Physical Education.
• Current First Aid Certification and registration with EBBF.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, customer service, and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of personal training methodologies and exercise techniques.
• Ability to listen to client needs and adapt programs accordingly.
