Change Management Consultant – Oracle

About the role

Nhance Consulting is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to lead Oracle‑based transformation initiatives for a UAE government or petrochemical client. You will design and execute change strategies that enable smooth adoption of new Oracle applications across business units.

Key responsibilities

• Assess change impacts and conduct stakeholder and readiness assessments.
• Develop communication, training, and engagement plans aligned with project timelines.
• Facilitate workshops, create user‑focused materials, and support end‑user adoption.
• Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, and client stakeholders to integrate change activities into the overall implementation schedule.
• Monitor resistance, track change‑related metrics, and produce status reports.
• Continuously refine change approaches to ensure sustainable business outcomes.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of analytical experience in change impact assessment and decision support.
• Background in business transformation and management consulting.
• Strong client‑facing consulting capabilities, problem‑solving and advisory skills.
• Excellent communication and workshop‑facilitation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems or related field; advanced change‑management certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in the UAE and manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.
