Change Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Change Manager to support business adoption and readiness across transformation initiatives for a leading semi‑government organization in Dubai. The role focuses on employee engagement, change‑management frameworks, communication, training and adoption throughout the implementation phases. It is a 4‑month contract, highly renewable, reporting to the Head of Transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Support change‑management activities to create a connected and engaged business community across implementation phases.
• Execute the programme change strategy in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with the Training team to deliver communications, readiness and adoption support.
• Work with the Communications team to develop co‑written programme communications and engagement materials.
• Assist business stakeholders as change sponsors and guide their teams through transition periods.
• Coordinate and support engagement events, including roadshows and other key programme activities.
• Track and report on change‑management activities, progress and deliverables.
• Develop content for knowledge sharing and provide platforms for expertise exchange.
• Support the Change Lead in executing the change‑management strategy across multiple phases.
• Communicate Business Impact Assessment findings and create success‑story content to improve employee experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in change management or transformation initiatives within a large organization.
• Strong understanding of change‑management principles, methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience supporting business readiness, stakeholder engagement and adoption across transformation programmes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging content.
• Ability to manage multiple change initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills, quickly establishing trust at various organizational levels.
• Experience coaching and supporting stakeholders through organizational or process changes.
• Strong coordination and execution skills for engagement events and change activities.
