Channel Business Manager MENAT

About the role

Aikido Security is looking for its first Channel Business Manager for the MENAT region. You will own revenue growth by building and nurturing a partner ecosystem that generates qualified pipeline, accelerates deals and delivers joint wins.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve revenue targets across the MENAT region and partner portfolio.
• Develop, onboard and manage a portfolio of VARs, distributors and other key partners.
• Co‑create and execute joint go‑to‑market plans, training programs and demand‑generation activities.
• Build and track partner‑sourced pipeline, register deals and collaborate with sales to close opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs, pipeline health and partner performance in CRM/PRM systems.
• Champion a partner‑first motion that drives predictable, scalable growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in channel sales, partner management or B2B SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of building pipeline with VARs and distributors.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with executive presence.
• Native‑level Arabic and fluent English.
• Based in the UAE.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PRM tools and HubSpot.
• Experience using CRM systems for deal registration and KPI reporting.
• Ability to design and execute joint GTM plans and demand‑generation campaigns.
