Channel Business Manager – MENAT

About the role

Aikido Security is looking for its first Channel Business Manager for the MENAT region. You will own partner‑driven revenue growth, build a thriving ecosystem of VARs and distributors, and help developers adopt security tools that don’t slow down delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve revenue targets across the MENAT region and partner portfolio.
• Develop, onboard and manage a healthy portfolio of key partners that generate mutual business.
• Build and manage partner‑sourced pipeline; co‑own qualified opportunities with sales to close deals.
• Enable partners through training, joint go‑to‑market plans and consistent execution.
• Track KPIs, deal registration and pipeline health in CRM/PRM systems.
• Champion a partner‑preferred, results‑oriented motion that fuels predictable growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in channel sales, partner management or B2B SaaS sales.
• Proven track record working with VARs and distributors and building pipeline with partners.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with executive presence.
• Based in the UAE, native‑level Arabic and fluent English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PRM tools.
• Experience using HubSpot for CRM and KPI reporting.
