Chef de Cuisine – Italian Cuisine

About the role

The Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead its Italian restaurant. You will be responsible for delivering a high‑standard, authentic Italian dining experience while managing all kitchen operations efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations in line with the hotel’s concept and performance standards.
• Supervise, train and evaluate kitchen staff, applying multi‑tasking principles.
• Implement flexible scheduling and maintain optimal par stocks for equipment and supplies.
• Develop and standardise recipes to achieve target food‑cost percentages.
• Control operating expenses and ensure strict adherence to budgeted costs.
• Manage payroll control through an adaptable workforce and coordinate with other F&B outlets.
• Participate in the annual operating budget and business plan formulation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine – Italian in a reputable hotel environment.
• Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates (preferred).
• Strong leadership, organisational and hands‑on management skills.
