About the role
Driven by a passion for creating unique home‑grown food concepts, The Independent Food Company is a UAE‑based hospitality group behind the region’s most beloved brands – SALT, Parker’s, Somewhere, Public, Kumo and Shalwa. Each concept reflects a commitment to innovative experiences, community connection and high standards of service. The company is seeking experienced chefs to join the back‑of‑house team for its Parker’s brand, with open positions ranging from Junior Sous Chef to Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie and Commis levels. The role will focus on preparing continental, French and Mexican cuisine at locations in Abu Dhabi (Adrea and Umm Al Emarat).
