About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chef to lead the kitchen of a luxury restaurant in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site role involves overseeing all culinary operations and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for an international clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Design, develop, and regularly update menus.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
• Train, schedule, and evaluate kitchen staff.
• Control food costs, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Collaborate with front‑of‑house teams to optimise service flow.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in high‑end or luxury establishments.
• Strong culinary creativity and menu‑development expertise.
• Leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality‑control standards.
• Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
