Chief Business Officer - Strategic Growth & Partnerships

About the role

The Chief Business Officer will define and execute the organisation's global growth strategy across government and enterprise markets. Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, this senior leader will shape market entry, build strategic partnerships and drive commercial performance while supporting international expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a worldwide growth strategy and market‑entry plan.
• Lead expansion initiatives across multiple international markets.
• Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with government and enterprise customers.
• Align business development, partnership and marketing activities around a unified agenda.
• Oversee commercial planning, forecasting and performance management.
• Build scalable operating models, processes and growth frameworks.
• Lead, develop and mentor a high‑performing international team.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in growth, commercial, business development or sales leadership.
• Proven success selling complex technology, transformation or consulting solutions to government or enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated experience leading international expansion and multi‑country growth initiatives.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C‑suite, board and government stakeholders.
• Track record of building and scaling high‑performing commercial organisations.
• Experience in technology, digital transformation, GovTech or enterprise software is preferred.
