About the role
The Assistant Manager supports store performance by combining business strategy, operations, creativity and people management to deliver best‑in‑class customer service and drive sales.
Key responsibilities
- Perform opening and closing routines and supervise sales‑floor and stockroom operations.
- Manage staffing, scheduling and payroll, and train non‑management staff.
- Maintain visual displays, conduct inventory control and protect store assets.
- Analyze sales reporting to inform decision‑making and drive efficiency.
- Operate POS systems and ensure excellent customer service.
Required profile
- Demonstrated ability to lead, recruit, train and develop team members.
- Strong product knowledge, brand awareness and a focus on achieving sales targets.
