Chief Operating Officer (Wellness)

About the role

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead the operational and strategic direction of a distinguished luxury spa operator with multiple locations in Dubai and abroad. Reporting directly to group leadership, the COO will ensure excellence across all sites while preserving each property's unique brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across the portfolio, establishing scalable systems, standards and SOPs.
• Develop and execute long‑term operational strategies aligned with ownership’s vision.
• Hold full P&L accountability, driving revenue growth, margin improvement and robust financial forecasting.
• Identify commercial opportunities in treatments, memberships, retail and strategic partnerships.
• Lead senior management teams, fostering a culture of accountability, talent development and succession planning.
• Maintain and continuously evolve the guest journey, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the luxury brand positioning.
• Collaborate with ownership and marketing on brand development, experience design and market positioning.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience within a luxury spa or wellness environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑site operations and drive commercial performance.
• Strong financial acumen with full P&L responsibility.
• Excellent boardroom communication skills combined with hands‑on operational insight.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
