Chief Steward

About the role

We are looking for a Chief Steward to lead the stewarding team at Miral Experiences’ Food & Beverage operations in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures a clean, safe, and hygienic environment that meets HACCP standards while supporting the overall guest experience across our award‑winning attractions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the stewarding team, creating weekly work schedules aligned with business needs.
• Conduct quarterly inventory of all operating equipment and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure kitchen and service areas comply with HACCP and local health‑safety regulations.
• Control departmental chemical costs within the allocated budget.
• Report safety concerns, participate in emergency procedures, and uphold a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
• Promote the company’s brand values and maintain a professional image in all guest interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in a stewarding or kitchen hygiene role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict health‑safety standards.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for reporting and scheduling.
