Civil Construction Supervisor

About the role

The Civil Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all civil construction activities on site, ensuring safe, efficient execution in line with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and schedule requirements. This role coordinates subcontractors, monitors quality and HSE compliance, and supports timely project delivery within the oil & gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate civil construction works at the project site.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, approved drawings, quality requirements, and project schedules.
• Manage subcontractors and multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Monitor and enforce HSE requirements throughout all activities.
• Oversee construction of process plants, pumping stations, compressor stations, pipeline facilities, utilities, industrial buildings, and infrastructure works.
• Support project completion within agreed timelines and budgets.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of civil construction experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory role on EPC projects.
• Mandatory experience on ADNOC on‑shore projects.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary construction activities.
